WORDY ARTRIST STATEMENT: My work is a reflection of my fascination with pop culture, literature, history, graphic novels, film, music, costume, character, folklore and iconography. It lives in that gray area of a slightly exaggerated gritty reality, where the dramatized and the outcast meet. It speaks in the saturated, high contrast palette of my youth, sprinkled with undertones of the dusty and the macabre. I love the art of illustration, and I always strive to stay true to myself and my vision throughout the entire creative process.
