ARTRIST STATEMENT: My work is a reflection of my fascination with pop culture, literature, history, graphic novels, film, music, costume, character, folklore and iconography. It lives in that grey area of a slightly exaggerated gritty reality, where the dramatized and the outcasted meet. It speaks in the saturated, high contrast palette of my youth, sprinkled with undertones of the dusty and the macabre. I love the art of illustration, and I always strive to stay true to myself and my vision throughout the entire creative process.
